Year of construction 1450.
From 1794-1927 the building contained the Hotel Cheval Blanc, which was rebuilt in 1927 into a department store. After 50 years the department store was converted into office space.
In 2016 BruggInvest AG transformed some of the office space into apartments and renovated the remaining offices.
